hey guyz, due to the higher fuel price in Australia, I would like to know how many Km can be done by your car based on the reading of your meter (average)~ well, Im 1.5 Vti manual, runs 6.1L/100km~~ ^^ condition: shifting at 2500rpm-3000rpm

U think it is easy to get this good result meh? won't becoz I keep shifting the gear from 1-5 according to the optimum speed + power. I guess I might get more than 6.5L/100km ..><~

5.4 driving from Sydney to Canberra with the CVT & 95 RON fuel.
I now get 6.8 around town all the time with 98RON and I drive normally not any super economy stuff or slow take offs or anything. 7.2 on 95RON around town.
The economy really has improved since I've done about 12,000kms.
Vehicle shod with Honda light 14" factory alloys and no 15kg body kit on the VTi and that space saver spare which weighs more than a standard wheel just had to go (what's the deal with the weight of that?). Don't need the toy jack or tool kit either (the NRMA carries a proper one anyway).

i have been doing 6.5l/100km on average for quite a while but it dropped to 6.0l for my previous tank and current one as well. i'm hoping it will maintain or dropped even lower due to "fantastic" increase in fuel prices.

Today arrived at uni and looked at the meter and got 5.8L/100km. Jumps up to about 6-6.1 when driving off freeway roads.
