Let me start it off... (I try not to be bias...) Xforce headers... shit product...hahaha just kidding... Well worth the price I paid for.. thanks to Danny for the special favour.. When talk about the xforce headers.. I feel very guilty.. I still remember I booked it in for Danny to install it one day .. but turn out he was so sick.. and he insisted he is okay to do it when I turn up... Anyway.. thanks Danny.. very good effort.. (you sure you screw all the bolts tight enough with the strength you've got that day?? ;D) Welding: Cannot comment as I've haven't inspected the header before Danny installed it.. From the top and the bottom view of the engine bay.. the outside welding looks fine. I will leave it to the other guys to comment. Fittings: Again.. Danny did the install.. He can probably comment on that... I remember Tony did a review on the xforce header a while ago.. and he mentioned about the fitting? He was saying that it is touching the underside of the car and making rattling noise? Is that true Danny? Mine seems okay... Sound: Slight change in note.. a little deeper.. dun forget.. I am using stock exhaust/muffler.. so, basically the slight change in note is from the header... when you rev it when in "neutral", the starting note will go lah "Whooosh.." awesome... (I think that happens to all the headers anyway..) Gain: Straight away.. I can feel the different... the car is more revvable in high rpm.. also the rpm goes up a lot faster... the feeling is like the car wants to be revved.. The car will say to you : "You step on it, I want it.." Overall: 8.5 out of 10 considering the price I've paid (for special favour) and that the trouble I caused to Danny while he was really ill. The performance gained after installing the xforce headers.. overall, well worth the price... I personally would recommend to put the POD filter as well.. (such as Simota Induction Kit)... It definately needs more air to come in.. After the Simota Kit, it revv more freely than when headers alone.. If you've got the money .. invest in the Hi-Flow Cat, Bpipe and the Muffler.. You will be laughing after that.. pic courtesy of Jazzpro

i understand that the xforce headers come in 2 pcs, the manifold and the lower piece with cat.
ahcash, did you install the xforce manifold with stock lower piece and cat?
