Equipment required Wire Mesh Cable Ties David and I got our mesh from Super Cheap Auto. Step 1 Remove the front bumper. There are 2 screws and 2 catches at the sides, 2 screws and 4 catches at the bottom of the bumper. Step 2 Cut and fit the mesh to cover the openings. Step 3 Secure the mesh onto the bumper using cable ties. The position of where to put the cable ties is up to individual.DIY completed. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Disclaimer None of the authors, contributors or anyone else can be responsible for your use of the information contained in or linked from the above information. how come no one told me when this diy was ? mmmm.. the story is like this: suppose i am the only person wanna go to Sunflower to buy the mesh, and i told Kelvin that i go to there, and he said he wanna go too. Philip pick up Sunny (the boss) to Sunflower on that day. But i bought a mesh from Super Cheap b4 i go to Sunflower on that day morning! ....... then end up 3 of us have done the DIY! Sorry, is all my fault, i don't have patience to wait for this DIY with u guys! sorry!! But anyway, Sine my "PINK" mesh (i thought is RED when i bought it) made my car look gay, i will do this DIY again with other colours!

its almost the same! just that the positions of some catches are different. but 02-04 models require more material than 05. if you look at the pictures carefully, you'll find that there are 2 major openings you need to take care of if your jazz is a 02-04 model.

05 non vtis bumper is so damn easy. just a flat piece of mesh and no curving required.
the 04 one suck!!!.
it's also a pain in the butt to put the bumper back......
also we didn't have enough space to do more cars on the day anyway. cos we had to put the bumper on the sofa to avoid scratching the paint.
just a note that the zip tie on the silver car is a temp thing to secure the mesh until the "glue" thingy is dry.
thanks Jazz for the write up.
