which screws are you referring to? the ones below the headunit? there is no way you can take out the headunit without removing the screws. both of them are bore now? try your best to remove them. the screws are quite common and you can get replacement at hardware shop.
anyway you can use a small spanner instead of a screwdriver as that screw is a screw cum a bolt-head (not sure what's the actual term of this bolt screw call)

you can use a few sizes to try...there will only be 1 size that can go over the bolt head. the next one down will be too small and the next one up will be too big. so that's only 1 size that you will be using.

Just need to change the connector plug to make a stacker work with a different head unit. They make all sorts of convertors.
I've seen alot of people use Alpine and other stackers with Honda head units in other model Hondas because the price Honda want to charge for their badged stacker is just plain rude.

Looks complicated but I would really like to do this so i can connect my mobile phone to it and play music from it as I have a SE 750i and it can hold 1 gb of music. There is a SE kit that you can buy that connects to the antenna but it costs $300

Question on this... if you do this mod, would the Aux button on the head unit become functional? I am going to attempt this mod during my 2 weeks off whilst I am between jobs.
