Smokey, sorry to hear that.. looks like things have gone wrong with you .. e.g. tailights, bolts and now headlights...
Let me ask around and see what you can do with those fog in the headlight..
You can always return to the seller for another sets?

Smokey,
Somehow the water got into the headlight... There are rubber seals at the back of where the bulb and socket is.. Is that properly inserted into the mounting?
IMO.. leaving the highbeam on will not solve your problem as the water cannot get out..
Few things you can try... The proper thing is to remove the headlight and polycab cover and dry it up and seal it back properly.. Are they seal with sealant or only clips and screws?
One other thing you can try.. cannot promise it will fix your problem .. is to tie a packet of silicon gel and insert into the headlight.. and hopeful these gels can absorb the water in the headlight... (but I reckon you need to find out how the water get in there first... removing the cover and seal it back properly is the way to go..)

you will need to open up the headlight if you really want to clean it up. Need to melt the seal around the headlight and open it up, if you don't know what you are doing is not recommanded DIY
otherwise just leave it, it will go away later.
