Ok got car and ran out of money So I would like to try some stuff myself and painting seems easy enough. I was wondering is it hard to paint the front brake things? I want to paint that red. Also woudl like to paint engine cap as well and what paint should I get? I have also seen someone paint the VTI-S wheels white and it looked ok but then there car was white not sure if it will be good on my jazz.

You mean paint your calipers? I'm thinking of doing mine next week depending on whether my friend is up for it or not.
Painting your calipers shouldn't be too hard, just jack the car up, take off your wheel. Clean up the caliper with some special cleaner and you can either take the caliper off or paint it whilst it's still on.
If it's still on, you'd best mask up your brake discs and any other places you don't want to have paint on.
For the engine bay, you'll need some high-temp spray for it.
there's some tutorials over at forum.sg-fit-jazz.com

Best is to take out the calipers and spray it with a couple of quotes... however, make sure you know what you are doing.. if you don't put it back properly, you might have issues with brakes which you don't want that.. Engine rocker cover is very easy to take it out... advise to spray at least a few quotes...

Kobe painted his front calipers!! mmmm.... as i told to ppl in brisbane club b4, i wont paint the Engine rocker cover by myself, coz' i won't open my bonnet and show off my coloured Engine rocker cover to my friends every time i meet them!! Unless i change to a "transparent" bonnet!! Ha Ha! If someone paint for me is another story!! haha!!!

U prefer Red? I've been thinking to paint blue (spoon) or gold (mugen)~hehehe if u are lazy, u can buy a caliper covers and stick it on your calipers. Kobe has a pair!! P.S. if u are using Stock Rims, u can't stick the caliper covers on.
