Machine the discs and the pads (a little bit).
The problems your experiencing happen to Commodores all the time. Some Commodore owners have their discs machined every 40,000km to try and stop the noise. Their discs aren't all that thick either so then have to be replaced after just a few machinings because then they start to warp real bad. They run softer pads to try and reduce the noise (which wear faster too).
We buff the pads on the motorcycle pads a little bit to stop noise with some pads. I think with the Endless street/sports pads your mainly paying for the name and the styling rather than a significantly better pad. Its a shame Bendix, EBC or a renowned specialist brake manufacturer doesn't do a pad that fits.
The market will be flooded with products once the Jazz hits the US market next year.

ic~~ but regarding to the Endless brake pad~ I dont think 50-300'C pad would be consider race type~ as even normal pad is also 50-300'C~ but if it is above 300'C e.g. 300-600'C then it might be considered as racing type~ so far my rough rubbing noice still occur eventhough the previous mechanic said it was caused by the new hard Honda pad, and the Honda mechanic said it was becoz of new pad without machine the disc~..grrr.. but even the disc is rough with new pad yet it won't produce this kind of rough rubbing.... ><~ I guess the best way is to machine the disc and see hoe it goes ~ how much to machine? endless v8500 0-300'.... my front brake makes a bit of noise when i brake... i like it... thats wat normally the noise of good pad and disc would make anyway.. for me, after 1-3 years, change aftermarket disc and pads...

normally they charge AUD50 to machine the front pair of disc (but my friend could get AUD40), installation might depend on your relationship with the mechanic~ so far the cheapest one would be AUD40~~ if Honda dealer could cost up to AUD70-100~! Im wondering outside could do the machine for the brake pad or not~ and I have no idea whether I should send my car to Honda dealer.. but I guess I still prefer Honda dealer coz if the problem still exist after they machine the disc~ then they might need to take responsible for this diagnosis~

Sorry guys.. I have to move this to the Tech section as this is not so much of a DIY unless there is a write up etc.

OK.. was spoken to magicseat and he is a bit hesitated to do a write up this because he doesn't want to get himself into trouble if someone follows the DIY and forgot to put a nuts or bolts during the brake pad change and can possibly lead to unnecessary accident due to malfunctioning of the braking system and possible death... I can see his point which is fair enough.. Anyway.. here is the picture of the brake pad...
