Was thinking of getting some lug nuts for my car =D.....now here's the question.
I can't remember whether the bolts stick out from the rotors or are they from the nuts themselves?
Cos I'm looking at some lug nuts and they got no thread screw on 'em, so I'm assuming the bolts stick out from car?

I am considering racing nuts, maybe RAYS cos they look nice but dunno if they'll look good on my alloys, since they're a little scuffed...lol.
Plus I'm a bit broke at the moment, waiting for my BJunion bulbs ;D

Rays are OK, but just keep them away from spray on wheel cleaners and stuff like that...it will make the anodizing come off!
All that sort of shit fades relatively quickly and you have to be careful when doing them up...just don't let anyone with a rattle gun near them!

I'm only considering at the moment, since my current nuts are starting to rust :s

Weight. Racing nuts are lighter than normal nuts. Though I always wondered what happens when Ray wants his nuts back?

Rays nuts 30grams each. APX nuts 25grams each. Regular nuts over 100grams. Reduce rotating mass and unsprung weight but we aren't pushing 10/10ths here. The best material for nuts is titanium as stronger than aluminium but still light.

Think it depends too wether they are long nuts or short nuts as there would be about 5 grams in it.
