what do u mean by "tilt the wheel"?? also i'm not sure if springs would "tilt the wheel"....
if u're talking about camber, the factory suspension should allow some camber adjustments, coilovers alone won't do much to that unless u have a pillow top mount but i don't recall there is one for jazz on the market (correct me if i'm wrong). in theory, the shorter the ride height, the more of a -ve camber. however the more -ve camber u run, the more chance of un even tire wear (unless u change your driving style to suit ;D)
from your signature, it seems that u don't have the wheels yet. r u sure it will have problem? what offset are they??

let me just update the signature.. i've got myself a set of 17"s,, (you can see in the gallery) i wanna lower my car about 2" without scraping the guard,, anyhow..my friend told me that its better to lower with springs because i will get a -ve camber, hence the wheels wil not rub the guard. but found myself a set of coil overs. i just want to know if lowereing the car with a coilover wu\ill give me a -ve camber. because thats what im after

the simple answer is no. lowering with coilover is the same as springs. with a coilover u're changing the damper as well as the spring. so unless there is a pillow top mount on the coilover, the effect is the same as just changing springs.
