Front Grill: 02-04 year and 05 year models

Im thinking of getting a copy Mugen front gril, but the one i saw is for 2004 Jazz.

Would that fit in a 2005 model Jazz??

Is the hole size the same once you take of orginal mesh with Honda badge???

Can you guys please help me outs!
