yeah ahcash was showing me the thread last night and i was reading it with displeasure. first of all, that "c" guy was being a total idiot by making all those remarks. and i don't understand why the mod let the thread dragged from page 3 all the way to page 8 and finally "willing" to react to all the shit. i'm not sure if i am interpreting all the comments corectly and i am not trying to provoke another fight here but i feel that the mod was kind of dense by wanting to ban typeg. that c guy started all the shit and typeg was basically trying to defend our jazz, altough it all ended up as personal attacks. i might be wrong but imo, that c guy started all these in the first place and he should bear all responsibilities of what had happened. i reckon he should make an official apology to all the members that were caught in the arguement. please keep us updated of what is happening over there as i mentioned before somewhere in this forum that i rarely visit the other forum as i don't like it there. again i would like to stress that the above comments are just my personal opinions.  |

Thankfully this is a much friendlier and constructive site.
The other site might just as well be unmoderated. If ever there was a case for banning someone that "c" guy is it. Just a real troublemaker.
Wouldn't be surprised if he didn't try to show his face over here since his got such issues with the Jazz. How can you hate on something so cute. Would be like hating your own baby.

I think it is just a misunderstanding... in my opinion, just admit the mistake and let it go.. talking about ppl's mum and dad is not respectful...
Ohh well.. this is a free country.. anyone can say anything.. but to be respected by someone.. you first have to respect ppl..
Like Jazz said above. I have to stress this is only my humble opinion... not related to this forum or anybody in this forum..

I guess his job is similar to Philip's job, coz' Philip is always free to talk with me in MSN, d/l mp3, read and post on the forum!! hahahahahah!!! (just kidding!!)

There are antidiscrimination laws and antivilification to protect us all from this kind of behaviour. This guy is posting on a public forum and engaging in severe personal ridicule. We are entitled to a dignified and peaceful existence. The ozhonda website is registered in NSW and subject to the laws of that state. A transcript would just need to be sent to the NSW anti-discrimination board who would refer the matter to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for hearing if it cannot be resolved. There is a clear case to be answered and the tribunal can award compensation and more. The matter can still be filed within 12 months of the incident. There has been cases of people committing suicide after such blatent attacks. Its no different to severe bullying. As much as TypeG can be a bit of a stirrer and immature sometimes noone has to put up with the likes of this other jokers behaviour. I think if this guy emerges again and launches this style of attack action should be taken. The case would be that much stronger after multiple incidents. I know some of you guys found the banter funny and if it didn't go on quite so long it could have been more easily passed off as such but I found it quite disturbing. This guy has some big issues which go deeper than what he posted. Disturbed people if left untreated result in incidents such as the Port Arthur Massacre. |

It was the worst mass killing in Australian history (besides the mass killings of Aborigines in colonial times and their complete genocide in Tasmania). A similar thing happened in Strathfield Plaza in Sydney (less killed) in August 1991 which resulted in a long overdue crackdown on guns. Still didn't prevent port Arthur from happening though. |
