Changing door lock pins

If you think the black blastic door locks are a bit boring check these out.



These are not aftermarket but the pins from the Legend.
The pins are identical in length and diameter so are a perfect fit.

The Honda part number is 72137-SX0-000.

You need to remove the inner door lining to change the pins. While you have the lining off its a great opportunity to also change your speakers.

Does anyone know what year Legend the door pins are from?

Haven't done mine yet was going to see how much the part was from Honda spare parts. That part number should be all thats needed.

Well, i popped by the local Acura dealer and they say that's not a valid part number for the Legend/RL.

So, I guess North America doesn't get those parts.....

Part number was supplied from Japan so not sure if its valid here either.
