The LED board was sized to fit the standard plastic housing so there's no problem wth the fitment, side note that there isnt any clips behind the LED board, so i've used double-sided tape to ensure it stays right where it is and doesnt fall apart.The LEDs im using are the Kingbright 2800 MCD. i find it provides a very close match to the brightness of the genuine jdm taillights. Though i havnt seen how bright is the 10k, but i reckon it'll just kill it as it may be too bright. so i'd recommend anyone wth genuine taillights to go for 2800 if u feel like changing the 3rd brake light
