I merely repeated what tony told me. I don't know if he knows the exact reasons but when we were discussing it. THis was one of the reasons he popped up with.

THis was one of the reasons he popped up with. sometimes we also need to have our own thinking or belief whether its right or wrong... not saying that blaming u or watever... just that too many thoughts out there... so which one u believe is right then???

I second that... I have them installed the other day... Damn it is good... (I know it is good the moment I saw the picture).. Sound is damn good... especially when I am back to the stock muffler.. the engine roars...when I step on it... I can feel the different immediately the moment I drive it.. More responsive and increase in power.. The engine bay looks really good.. and blend in with the rest .. I strongly recommend it to all the members.. it is not very expensive.. and the money well spend... And thank you Jazzpro for supplying and installing for me.. no thanx cash.. heheheh.. i hope i answered all ur curious queries man....... HAHAHHA......

No lah.. not angry... hard for ppl to follow when we are talking about one topic and ended up with petrol consumption. ;D
Definately sounded a bit different after a few weeks of run in.. you feel the same? It could be my ears.. ;D
Jazzpro, can you find out whether they can be paper or cloth? Whether they can be washed and reused?
Cheers mate.

oh~~~ any prove about that? hehe~~ prove of wat ar??? K&N at autobarn selling for $60-$70 brand new... as for simota paper filter??? how to prove?? call simota head office??? hehehe.... i wont even b bothered.. if simota kit can sell as much as k&n kit for $3XX.. i ll definitely go thru all the hassle.... normal custom pipe normally costs $100-$120.... simota kit selling for $140 complete... use the filter for at least 6 mths - 1 years then change to k&n urself lor.... thats wat i might do anyway.... as for the quality of the filter, lets say this way, i use a $24 pod filter and $1XX pod filter before... i really dun feel any difference... in fact, crazyray used k&n filter prior to changing to simota kit... which one perform better now? ? can ask ray i guess.... heheheh

Actually... is that true? I've never own or use an Apexi filter.. so I won't know... I would be damn if it is made out of paper.. cost so much and cannot be reused.
