hey vivid, as your aftermarket speaker had a bigger magnet .. does it fit to the door panel without cuting the speaker hole?

The metal speaker hole is about 6". As long as the magnet isn't bigger than the hole they will fit as the aftermarket speaker will sit out from the door with the spacers. Most of the aftermarket speakers are 6.5" and even 6.75" and still fit fine. Biggest thing to watch for is mounting depth. If the speakers is too deep then you will either not be able to get the door trim back on (without modifying the door trim) or the back of the speaker will extend into the path of the windows when it is wound down.
It is highly illegal to cut the metal though it doesn't stop alot of dodgey audio shops. They're the guys with an angle grinder in one hand and electrical tape in the other. Hey if they do free or cheap installs then you can't expect much more.

2.75" or 70mm is pretty much the maximum mounting depth before you would need to modify the door trim to make speakers fit.
This means you don't have to resort to special shallow mount speakers like you do in alot of Hondas.
The other interesting thing is the speakers in the Jazz are identical the the Accord Euro as are the mounts and metal hole.

vividjazz, for example (see pic below).. looks like yours is sitting on double custom surround which means your speaker magnet required more space to fit into the door.. I am wondering if that's the scenerio, you might have problem fitting in the door trim.. what did you do then?

With that double spacer the plastic door trim just barely fits back on. Any further out and it wouldn't.
The Crossfires have very meaty magnets. They are a subwoofer company after all.
You could cut the plastic speaker grill built into the door trim if you needed to go a little further out (this is not structural to the vehicle unlike the metal). Some pictures of this in the Jazz car audio picture gallery with custom grills but I'd rather the door still look stock. I love stealth installs - heard not seen.
