One thing we would like to stress is:
We do not want to put in too much restrictions in this forum therefore we do not appreciate any inappropriate defamotory posts/comments in the forum. Think twice before you post something stupid and try to be reasonable when posting. We try to make this a happy place to be... OK?
Defamotory comments are not acceptable in the forum, so, try to control ourselves when posting...
The Following has been added to the Terms and Conditions..
[li]Fitta'er Australia does not tolerate defamatory comments and will not responsible in any way for any defamatory comments that are made by or against members.
[/li][li]Where such comments are made, Fitta'er Australia Administrators and Moderators will remove such posts as best as they can, but due to the impossibility to monitor every post, Fitta'er Australia will not be responsible for any delay in removing any inappropriate posts.
[/li][li]If a defamatory comment/post is made against you, contact the administrators or moderators and that post will be removed as soon as we can. If you are unhappy with this outcome, seek legal advice and/or action against the person/user who made that comment on your own accord. Do not contact Fitta'er Australia as we are not responsible for inappropriate comments or defamatory comments. The best we can do is to remove such posts and provide legal authorities with requested information.
