Good idea to have some discussion or share your experience on how to touch up the favourite photos with some special effects or simply just to make it look sharp and focus!! Obviously.. I've failed to do so..

I don't know if that blurring works on a non moving vehicle... I find using camera technique works better than any PS work you can throw at it.

Vectorise your photos. With new CS2 you can do it automatically.

wickee, true you can PS the effects in with a bit of time but it takes less time to pan and shoot than it takes to PS the effects in but takes a bit of practice to get right... I'm far from perfecting this technique but I find it more enjoyable than to click a few mouse clicks to get something that can look unnatural. If you can achieve this with PS, then you're a super good PS'er.

I don't think ahcash was trying for that effect. He was trying for the cartoon, cutout graphic effect like agent smith picture 2.

You mean like this? I think I made the thumbs too small and the detail doesnt show but it looks like a painting. But I only have photoshop 5 it might not be as fancy as the later versions.

nice try pogi, the only prob is that, if u look closely, u can see the reflection of the cars are stationary or they're moving at the same speed as the car lol
