Anyway.. good one kentris... your baby made it to the top 10 for the past 2 years and better than the yaris.

Didn't realise Top Gear is actually on TV every Monday SBS 7:30pm and goes for 1hour.. Not sure about other states but Melbourne is definately showing... Just watched the one this evening and they test drove the Pagani Zonda, Aston Martin Vanquish, Ferrari, Smart ForFour and Honda Jazz even got mentioned in the show... Quite a good show to watch... and quite funny also...  |

if u do a search for "top gear" in google video, u'll find HEAPS of stuff
i've been watching it for most of my day haha

Ohh .. they test drove the Smart ForFour for 24 hours wihtout leaving the car and at the end they asked the tester if they will buy it.. they said 'no'..
The show mentioned only 2 cars which is worth considering.. Honda Jazz and Mitsubishi Colt...

Actually the 2 cars they said they would buy are the Jazz and the Yaris....
They said they wouldn't buy the COlt (upon which the fourfour is based)

Finally got time to watch the TopGear show which I've taped on Monday...
You guys have to watch this show man.. it is so funny it crackz me up all the time!!
Last Monday's show (16/01).. Test drove the Golf GTi and talked about how it was changed from the Golf GTi First Generation.. Ohh yes.. the Honda Civic Type-R is still on the top of the list for the best lap time..
Also, the 3 hosts were given 1500 pounds to buy a Porsche.. (funniest) and have to take on a few challenges. e.g. Have to drive the Porsche to a target destination, do it up with the left over money.. (this one really crackz me up..) and finally have to sell the Porsche to win the game..
Can't wait for the next one..

hay all im proud to say top gear is top !! in UK we have a number of car programmes but the best is top gear dont believe me watch Fifth Gear and the rest just arnt worth a mention!!! i have to say that as a previous owner or a Toyota Yaris/vitz i have had no known mechanical problems with it only that its small or tiny compared to the Jazz/fit but i bought it because of its size and performance . the 1.3 engine can beat most stationary cars (stock) on if you mod it it can go super fast !!! so dont slag the car cos its not in the top ten (11) this year its still as good as it ever was!!! (very sensitive of my previous baby) back to topic you gotta admit top gear is very good and extremely funny (so watch it if you dont believe) ! and i must admit, it was the public survey experience that rounded me to get a Toyota yaris/vitz 4 yrs ago when it was the best small car to buy and again 2 years ago to buy the Jazz/fit for my parents, but loving the jazz/fit so much i decided i wanted one!!!  so i sold my toyota to my sis and bought my current jazz i consider the knowledge of the masses better then presenters paid to ride expensive cars we have no hope in buying!!! ps to jayesse you can see current top gear esp if you look online (not sure if im allowed to forward the site) so google for it not hard! |
