Normally that happens when you have an obstruction in the way so it will stop the window from carrying on and crack.
You got any wind visors by any chance?

Arghhh.. that problem again..
I had similiar problem and brought it back to the dealer and the technician fix it in less than a second..
two ways you can fix it...
1. Like what kentris said. something is obstructing the windows or it could be too tight... I remember someone (must be Joey) was saying he put some lubricant on the rubber mount side and it was fixed..
2. Do what the technician did for mine.. Resetting the auto-window memory...
In the close position, push and hold the power-down button until the window is all the way down.. don't release the button yet.. hold it down for 3 seconds and release the button and then do the other way.. pull the button up until the window is all the way up and hold for 3 seconds..
This should fix it... Give it a try.

hmmmm..... if like that I guess U should bring your car for a checkup then~~ it's really hard to tell what's wrong with the device, it could be the software (ECU programme), or it could be the hardware (device)~~ soli, can't help~~

when I installed my alarm, my auto power window was not working, I sent my car back to the guy and asked for help, he said he unplug the socket from the window controller, and then start the car, so it had reset my power window. it took about 5min to get back this function automatically~~ what a strange thing happened to me~~ ~

Mine seems okay .. but mine was suffering from memory problem before and the trick I wrote above fixes the problem.. The technician taught me that..
Looks like yours is suffering from lubrication problem... oil up the side and it should be fix.. or else, bring it back to the dealer..
