HAHAHA! Come on.. I'm not going to do what I did with the Astra... I'm so over the go fast look... but as your signature says.. "Marriage friendly mods" ... She's already put on that Honda accessory rear spoiler on it (which I sorta regret now that there is a VTiS replica for sale on the board). I've had enough of worrying about someone wanting to steal/scratch it and insurance hassles.

Yes... New... just over the 300km now...
Astra.. well, it's just a cheap European car.. can't expect too much out of it. It has its merits like good feel but that's about it.

Euro cars have some very nice features that's very useful which Japanese cars lack due to cost cutting l guess.
things like dead locks, radio can be turned on without keys are great.

Basically you can deadlock a car and even pulling the lock tab on the inside will not open the door. It's like your house deadlock. Same principle.

it's a very good feature. i felt safer having deadlocks.
also my barina could unlock the driver's door only with the remote by pressing once and open all by pressing again. i wish the Jazz has that too.

Doesn't bother me on that bit.. deadlock can be overcome.. that system wasn't fool-proof though... Only thing that I would wish for is the headlight height adjustment. Great for the times you want to bring the headlights higher and lower depending on the situation.
But one great thing about Japanese cars is that there are a zillion bits and pieces out there we can use to modify with. Try doing that with a European car on a budget??
