Family matters and other stuff tied into it but I'm sure you don't want to hear about that.

Great news Ricky.. I understand that you have other things to do and also taking this responsibility to have them produce.. and we do appreciate your effort.. I suppose we all have to share some tasks and responsibilities to get the forum going..

If you want it fast, which is probably the best option, someone pay for it first. Each state will then forward the money to their reps and then bank it into the payer's account.

Someone with alot of money and doens't care about time step up to this please.

idealy its best if those who want stickers, they pay their amount to the state rep,
where he/she will send the total to the organisers to pay for its production.

but this would be long tedious proceedure.
in my opinion, the state reps should help pay in advance on our member's behalf
where the rep shall hold onto the stickers till members decide to buy it of them.

I'll front payment for NSW to get the ball rolling. If someone else can do the same for both QLD & VIC to help split the total cost we can get the things made up quickly and its not so much for 1 person to find the dosh for the whole job.

Can direct deposit each states share of funds to wickee so he can make a single payment to supplier. If wickee can PM each state financier an account details and the amount based on number of stickers for that state we can get started.

State rep will then recieve the stickers and not release them without payment. Each financier will get reimmbused when distributed by the state rep. (In some cases the state rep and financier might be one in the same but its fine with me that they aren't one in the same in NSW).

Its easier to chase payment at a state level than nationally. But if someone ordered a stack of stickers and then doesn't make good they are going to be named and shamed.

to prevent flooding of posts on this thread, i have decided to lock this thread and at the same time i have also created a new thread on individual states for collection of payment.

i have mentioned earlier that the state rep will be the one who is assisting in collecting the payment for that state that he/she comes from. the state rep will then forward the payment to ricky.

i have initially volunteered myself to collect all the payments from the state reps but i will be going back singapore on this saturday for about 1 month. so please forward the payments to ricky instead as he is the one who will be sending the sticker in for production.

State Reps

1) please refer to the name list below and collect $6 from them. i have mentioned before in my earlier post that they'll have to pay even though they don't want it now. this rule still stand as it is.

2) i want you to send a pm/email to the member upon receipt of his/her payment. please forward me the pm/email as well. this would help to account for the payment.

3) please forward the total payment to ricky after you have collected from all the members from the list below.
